POLICIES

Cancellation Policy for All Campsites. Seven (7) day cancellation notice is required for daily and weekly reservations; failure to do so will result in your card being charged for a 2-night stay. Thirty (30) day cancellation notice is required for monthly reservations; failure to do so will result in forfeit of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy for Holidays: Minimum 3 night stay on Holidays

No Refunds for cancellations are allowed on holidays. 

​Refunds will be given less a $20.00 processing fee as long as required notice is given. Required notice is seven (7) days for daily and weekly rentals; thirty (30) day notice is required for monthly reservation. Excludes all Holiday Reservations.

​If you decide to leave early your card on file will be charged for the remaining balance of your stay.

​Guest(s) are responsible to advise park personnel if unable to arrive by check-in time. If no notification occurs within 12 hrs. of designated check-in time, guests will be charged appropriate penalty, reservation will be canceled and campsite will be available for new rental.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out is 11am. Failure to depart in a timely manner will result in an additional charge unless prior arrangements are made.

All guests must register in the office. There is a $5 + tax per night charge for overnight guests and $3 + tax charge for day guests of campers. Rate includes one camping unit, two people per site and 1 vehicle per site. Please park so as not to block the road in any way. 

WE DO NOT REFUND DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS

This property is privately owned. Owners and management reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Please note posted pool hours and rules. Insurance regulations do not allow use outside of specified hours. 

POOL HOURS 9am – 9pm

NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN POOL ENCLOSURE WITHOUT ADULT. 

TODDLERS MUST WEAR SWIM DIAPERS per health department regulations.

DO NOT DIVE IN POOL.

ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS may be brought into the pool area.

Swim at your own risk as no lifeguard is provided.

No pets in the pool or pool deck. 

Swimming is not allowed in the river; to do so is strictly at your own risk. 

PET CAMPING RULES

Pets must be confined, hand leashed and under physical control of a person at all times. Leashes may not exceed six feet in length. 

Pets must be confined in the owner’s camping unit during park quiet hours, 10pm to 8am. If kept outside your camper at any time during these hours, dogs must be kept on a leash and not left alone to bark. Dogs barking excessively must be quieted immediately.

Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets and properly dispose of all pet droppings in proper trash receptacles. A violation of this rule will incur a $100 fee per occurrence.

Pets are not allowed in bath houses with the exception of “service animals”.

Pets are not allowed in the pool area nor in the kids’ playground.

NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ARE ALLOWED.

Misuse of alcohol will not be tolerated.

Fishing is permitted off the deck. You must clean your fish in your camper, we do not have a fish cleaning station.

Personal property, including boats, shall be brought into the campground at the Registered Guest’s risk. Management bears no responsibility for damage, loss, or theft of such property including acts of God, accident, fire or vandalism. Boat trailers should be parked in designated trailer storage areas. 

Park speed limit is strictly enforced at 5mph.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

Personally owned golf carts must be registered with the city if driven out of the resort. 

Firewood is for sale at the office. Please request delivery prior to 5pm. Loose brush and fallen limbs may be gathered, but no live or dead tree may be cut.

Restrooms are for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Please help keep them clean. Please do not wash clothes or dishes nor bathe your pets in restrooms. Hours open from 9am to 9pm.

State Law requires the use of sewer donuts at all sewer connections.

Please clean up your campsite upon vacating. Check out time is 11am, a later departure may result in an extra charge unless prior arrangements are made.

Absolutely no clotheslines are to be erected on any site.

Please do not walk through other occupied sites.

Smoking is not allowed in any building on the property including restrooms. Please dispose of cigarette butts in garbage receptacles, not on the ground or in unused fire rings.

Use of vehicles within campgrounds and other recreation areas is limited to entering or leaving those areas.

Leave natural areas the way you find them. Do not carve, chop, cut nor damage any live trees. 

All plants, animals and park property are protected. The collection, destruction or disturbance of plants, animals or park property is prohibited.

All minor children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Outside contractors, including RV detailing, maintenance etc. must provide the office with a valid Business License and Proof of Insurance before any work is performed. Also, said contractors are to sign in and out, provide site number and work performed.

CAMPFIRES:

Within campgrounds and other recreation areas, fires may only be built in fire rings, grills, or fireplaces provided for that purpose.

Be sure your fire is completely extinguished before leaving. Do not leave your fire unattended. You are responsible for keeping fires under control.

SANITATION:

Help prevent pollution and nuisance animals by keeping garbage, litter, and foreign substances out of rivers, streams, and other waters.

All garbage and litter must either be deposited in containers provided or taken with you when you leave.​

INDEMNIFICATION OF AGENT BY GUEST:

Guest agrees to indemnify and save Agent, its employees and Agents, free from any claim or liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to or in connection with the rental of the accommodation, included but not limited to any claim of liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made, incurred or sustained by any guest or any guest’s invitee.
